A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, with a 30-minute journey to the city centre via public transport. For car users, the area offers easy highway access and a Lidl supermarket 2 minutes by car. Arriving by taxi is expensive and some Uber drivers may decline the distance. As this is a car-dependent location, the paid on-site parking is essential - no free or practical street parking exists nearby.

The apartments feature a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. Each unit includes a private bathroom with a bath, flat-screen TV, and a seating area. The apartments vary in size: one-bedroom options are compact, while larger configurations have two bedrooms but require passing through one bedroom to reach the bathroom. Some units have glass doors between bedrooms, reducing privacy. The décor is older and basic, with carpeted floors and soundproofed walls. Note that the bathtub is under a sloping ceiling, making standing impractical - showering requires a handheld showerhead. Beds may have thin or hard mattresses, and some windows cannot be opened. Heating is limited to conserve energy, so the apartment may feel cool at night.
