CREO MUENCHEN SUED, Munich

The immediate surroundings are an industrial park with social housing, a refugee shelter, and a brothel adjacent to the property. An Aldi supermarket and a McDonald's are within a few minutes' walk. The nearest U-Bahn station (Quiddestraße or Neuperlach Süd on the U5/U3 line) is about a 15-minute walk away, and the bus stop is 200 m from the hotel. The location is functional for those travelling by car (easy access to the A8/A99) or for business visits to southern Munich offices, but the area can feel unsafe after dark, with noise from nearby residences lasting late into the evening. A forest for jogging is 2 km away. Munich Airport is 49 km (1 hour 20 minutes by public transport).

Each room features soundproof walls, hypoallergenic bedding, electric shutters, and blackout curtains for darkness. A fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware) is standard. Rooms on upper floors are accessible by lift. The double beds consist of two single mattresses that can separate, which some travellers find unstable. There is no air conditioning; rooms can become hot, especially on the east side in the morning. Windows can only tilt, limiting airflow, and there are no mosquito screens. Night-time noise is common from both the surrounding area (lounging families, industrial activity from 06:30) and inside the property (slamming doors, hallway noise, vending machines). Some rooms lack adequate shelving, closets, and bedside table placement. Housekeeping mainly changes towels and empties bins; deeper cleaning may need to be requested. Hallway-facing rooms near the cleaning cupboard can be noisy early in the morning.

The breakfast buffet (€12-€15 per person) includes juice, cheese, fruits, bread, pastries, cold cuts, and a hot drink. A child-friendly buffet is also available. The breakfast room can become crowded on weekends, and items can run out after 09:00. A vending machine for drinks and snacks is available 24/7. The coffee shop serves hot drinks and refreshments. For fuller meals, a McDonald's is within walking distance, and three pizzerias (Benevita, Caesar's, Etna) are about 1 km away. Breakfast must be booked and paid for separately; unused prepaid breakfast may not be refunded if the stay ends early.

Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the building. The minimarket on-site sells basic necessities. The shared lounge and TV area offers seating, and the sun terrace has outdoor furniture. Luggage storage is available in the back office for a few hours before check-in or after check-out. Express check-in/check-out is offered via a Digibox key-code system for arrivals after reception hours. Daily housekeeping generally involves towel replacement and bin emptying; deeper cleaning must be requested. A safety deposit box is available at reception. The property is wheelchair accessible (lift, accessible parking). Pets are allowed on request (dogs only, €5-€10/day). Accepted payment methods: American Express, Visa, Maestro, EC-Card, MasterCard.
