Sendlinger Tor station provides direct U-Bahn connections to Munich Main Station and the exhibition centre, and the tram stop is a 1-minute walk away. The Marienplatz area (600-800 metres) is easily reached on foot for shopping, dining, and major attractions. Several cafés, supermarkets, and the Augustiner brewery are within a 5-minute walk. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk of the main train station, making airport transfers via S-Bahn straightforward.

Accommodation ranges from single rooms (some with shared bathroom/shower) to double and twin rooms with private bathrooms, and larger family rooms (double + twin, suitable for 2-4 people). Private bathrooms include a walk-in shower or bath, and family rooms can also be configured with a crib on request. Rooms come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, heating, a seating area, a wardrobe, and an electric kettle. No air conditioning or mini-fridges are provided, though staff sometimes offer fridge storage. The single room has no balcony.
