CAMPANILE MUENCHEN SENDLING, Munich

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, which connects to the main station and city center in about 10 minutes. The U-Bahn is a 10-minute walk. The neighborhood is safe and calm, with several restaurants (Augustiner Schutzen Garten, De Vivos Ristorante) within 0.5-1 km. A REWE supermarket is on the ground floor for convenient shopping. The hotel sits on the edge of Munich's environmental zone, so cars need a green sticker to access the city center, but parking at the hotel avoids this. Free street parking is available, and a paid garage (€10/day) is on site. The area is well suited for those arriving by car or using public transport.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room until 10:00 and includes continental items such as bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, and hot options like bacon and sausage. The selection is basic and may not be replenished quickly if it runs out; arriving early is recommended for the best choice. There is no restaurant on site, but several eateries are within a short walk, including Italian, Greek, and pizza places. The REWE supermarket on the ground floor offers a range of ready-made meals and drinks. The hotel also has a bar serving drinks, including beer. Free coffee and tea are available at the reception.

The hotel does not have a spa, pool, or fitness room. Leisure options in the immediate area include a beer garden (Augustiner Schutzen Garten, 0.5 km away) and scuba diving at local facilities. For general recreation, the quiet neighbourhood is suitable for walks. The REWE supermarket on the ground floor also sells picnic supplies for day trips. Public transport makes it easy to reach Munich's attractions and parks.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. The 24-hour reception can assist with early check-in (€25 fee), luggage storage (free), and iron hire (available at reception). The hotel has a lift and is wheelchair-accessible, with accessible parking spaces and an electric vehicle charging station. Additional services include a minimarket and a business corner with fax/photocopying (for a fee). The hotel does not have a restaurant but has a bar. Parking includes a paid garage on site and free parking on the street; garage space cannot be reserved. An airport shuttle is not available, but the nearby S-Bahn provides direct train connections to the airport.
