The hotel is on the edge of the city in a commercial area with several restaurants, a supermarket at the back of the hotel, and factory outlets like Replay. A bus stop is right outside, and the U3 metro station is about a 10-15 minute walk. The Oktoberfest grounds are reachable in about 20 minutes via the U3 directly to Goetheplatz or Poccistraße. For airport transfers, take the S8 to Donnersbergerbrücke and then bus 53 to Zielstattstraße (1-minute walk). Free on-street parking is available, but it can be limited; the hotel garage costs €15 per day.

Rooms are available as double, triple, and suite categories. Some suites have a separate living room and a full kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and fridge - but using kitchen utensils incurs an €80 fee. The floor is carpeted throughout, and heating is adjustable. Soundproofing between rooms is minimal, and road-facing rooms can be noisy. Corridor noise is also audible, and windows can only be tilted open. There is no air conditioning, and during hot weather a fan can be rented (€3.50/night). Rooms with a balcony are available upon request.

The breakfast buffet includes a range of options such as eggs, sausages, fruit, and bread. Vegetarian and vegan choices are available. Breakfast is served Monday-Friday 06:30-10:00, and weekends/holidays 07:30-11:00. There is no restaurant on site, but a bar serves drinks. Several restaurants and cafés are within 0.5 km, including Italian and Asian options, and a bakery. The supermarket at the back of the hotel is convenient for self-catering.
