The Royal Alcázar is 800 metres from the property. Despite the lively surrounding area with many restaurants and bars, the apartments are generally quiet when windows are closed. The nearest bus stop from the airport is Carlos V. The property has an excellent location score of 9.8, and all main sights are within easy walking distance.

Each apartment is individually furnished and includes a kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Bed configurations range from one-bedroom (2-3 beds) to two-bedroom (4-5 beds) apartments, the latter with two full bathrooms - ideal for families or two couples. Some units have a balcony with city views; apartments on the fourth floor have access to a shared terrace with a great view. The building has a lift. Interior apartments facing the courtyard tend to be quieter. While the apartments are generally clean and comfortable, some furnishings are older and may feel dated. The kitchen utensils can be a little bare for extensive cooking.
