The hotel is at 13 rue de Malte, within a 2-minute walk from the Marais district and just 40 metres from Oberkampf Metro Station, which connects directly to Place de la Bastille and other central areas. Cirque d'Hiver and Bataclan are 100 metres away. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, bistros, cafés and shops, including a Carrefour supermarket 100 metres away. Guests can walk to Canal Saint-Martin and the Marais in under 10 minutes. From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take RER B to Gare du Nord, then Metro line 5 to Oberkampf (4 stops); from Gare de Lyon, take Bus 91 or Metro line 5. Taxis from the airport cost around €60.

Guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen satellite TVs, telephones, wardrobes and desks. Most rooms offer views of either the street or the garden. The Junior Suite consists of two areas separated by a sliding door. Some rooms have a balcony or terrace. Room sizes vary: standard doubles can be compact (around 13 m2 or less), while superior and suite categories are more spacious. The hotel has a lift. Practical considerations: road-facing rooms near the bar across the street can be noisy until late; garden-facing rooms are quieter. No rooms have a minibar or kettle. Air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled and may not be adjustable in the room. Some rooms have poorly locking bathroom doors, and shower splash can reach the bathroom floor.
