The immediate area along the Singapore River is packed with restaurants, bars and clubs, which can be lively until late, but the hotel itself is soundproofed and quiet. The nearest airport is Seletar Airport, 17 km away; for midnight arrivals only taxis are available (approx. SGD 20-30 from Changi). Walking is the best way to explore the central sights, and the hotel is situated in a pedestrianised zone so expect to walk a short distance from the nearest drop-off point.

The accommodation consists of capsule-style beds in shared dormitories (up to 14 capsules per room) and private rooms with 2 or 4 single capsules. Private rooms can include an en-suite bathroom, but many rooms share a bathroom with other guests on the same floor. All capsules are air-conditioned, but the individual capsule temperature cannot be adjusted and some find the capsules can become warm. A small passive vent in each capsule provides limited air circulation. Each capsule has a blind for privacy, a small safe, a mirror, and a fold-down table. Private rooms with en-suite bathrooms offer a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. The ladder to the upper capsules is narrow and not easy to climb, so a lower bunk is recommended for anyone with mobility concerns. The rooms themselves are compact; in the larger dormitories, luggage must be kept in the room or in the provided lockers, which can lead to noise if others are unpacking. Soundproofing is present in the rooms, keeping street noise at bay.

The hotel's wellness and leisure facilities are limited but well-used: a sun terrace overlooking the Singapore River offers a pleasant spot to relax with a coffee from the free machine. The shared lounge/TV area on the same floor also has board games for guest use.
