Jyu Capsule Hotel is located on a quiet street in Chinatown, a 3-minute walk from the Chinatown MRT station (direct line to the airport). Singapore City Gallery is 500 metres away, the National Gallery is 2 km, and the heritage district is walkable. The property is surrounded by dining options: within a 300-metre radius you will find Bibing Cafe, Mei Heong Yuen Dessert, Yum Cha Restaurant, Hawker Chan, Chinatown Food Street, and Tiong Bahru Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice. Seletar Airport is 17 km away. The central location makes it easy to explore on foot, and the MRT provides fast access to the rest of the city.

All rooms are mixed-gender dormitories with air conditioning. Each capsule features a single or queen mattress (single: 910 x 1900 mm; queen: 1520 x 1900 mm), a flat-screen TV with Netflix via Bluetooth headphones, a personal safe, a work desk, a dining area, a pull-down shelf, and two power outlets. The capsule is enclosed by a privacy screen, not a solid door, and has a small ventilation hole; the room light remains on at night. Shared bathrooms are private cubicles with a toilet and shower combined. Cleanliness is maintained twice daily, but the bathroom floors can become wet. Some capsules near the entrance and locker area experience noise from beeping lockers and foot traffic. Choosing a room on a higher floor can improve sleep quality.

For leisure, the property offers board games and a shared lounge/TV area. A complimentary visit to the Chinatown Heritage Centre (located nearby) is included with the stay. The surrounding area also provides ample walking routes through Singapore's heritage district. There are no dedicated wellness facilities such as a pool, gym, or spa.
