Telok Ayer MRT is also within a 10-minute radius. Singapore City Gallery is 5 minutes away on foot, and Marina Bay Sands is a 20-minute walk. Numerous hawker centres (Maxwell Food Centre, Lau Pa Sat) and restaurants like Chinatown Food Street are just outside the door. Changi Airport is a 20 km drive (about 25 minutes by taxi). The double-glazed entrance door keeps the room quiet despite the lively neighbourhood.

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen smart TV, safe, wardrobe, electric kettle, and a kitchenette with induction cooker, microwave, toaster, and basic utensils. En-suite bathrooms include a shower and bidet. The Premium Loft units have full windows and an in-room washer/dryer; other rooms may have a skylight window or no window at all. Rooms are compact but clean and well-designed. The double-glazed door minimises street noise, but internal soundproofing between rooms is limited - neighbours and hallway noise can be audible. The air conditioner is positioned above the bed in some units; using the supplied dehumidifier helps with humidity in windowless rooms. For light sleepers, requesting a room away from laundry areas is advisable as washing machines can cause vibration.

The property does not offer a restaurant or breakfast service. Each room is equipped with a fully fitted kitchenette (induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, utensils) for preparing simple meals. Chinatown Food Street, Maxwell Food Centre, Lau Pa Sat, and countless restaurants (Ya Kun Kaya Toast, Yum Cha, etc.) are within a 2-5 minute walk. The nearby MRT also allows easy access to other dining districts. For longer stays, the free communal laundry and kitchenette make self-catering very practical.
