The property sits in a peaceful yet central area of Rome, with Lepanto Metro Station just a 5-minute walk away and Ottaviano station equally close. The Vatican Museums and St Peter's Basilica are within easy walking distance, while an ice-skating rink is also nearby. The immediate streets are lined with numerous restaurants, cafés, and bakeries - such as Dal Pescivendolo, Sciascia Caffe, and La Palapa - along with various shops. For car users, the Saba car park is conveniently located outside the ZTL, and Rome Ciampino Airport is 17 km away. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and highly walkable.
