THE DARLINGTON HYDE PARK, London

The Victorian town house is situated on a tree-lined street a short stroll from Paddington Station, where the Heathrow Express, Elizabeth Line, and multiple tube lines provide direct routes to the airport and central London. Hyde Park is a 5-minute walk away, offering a scenic escape. The surrounding area is safe and residential, with a variety of restaurants, pubs, and shops within a 5-10 minute walk. While the immediate street has several budget hotels, the location is practical for both exploration and transit connections.

The breakfast buffet is basic but sufficient for a quick start; for a heartier meal, the full English breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, beans, tomato, toast) is available for an extra charge when booked via third parties, or included at no cost when booking directly via the hotel's website. Gluten-free bread and soya milk are available on request at the breakfast room. The dining area is in the basement and is clean and functional. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but numerous cafes, pubs, and restaurants are within a 3-5 minute walk, particularly towards Paddington Station.

Wi-Fi is free and functional. The 24-hour front desk can assist with luggage storage on the day of arrival and departure (no overnight storage). Laundry facilities are available: a washing machine (£4) and dryer (£2), open 07:00-23:00, with detergent available from reception. Hairdryers are fixed in bathrooms; irons are available on request from reception. Safety deposit boxes are provided in rooms. CCTV and 24-hour security are present. The hotel does not provide an airport shuttle, but Paddington Station is a short walk away for Heathrow Express and other connections. Payment is accepted via Visa, Maestro, Solo, and MasterCard. No connecting rooms are available.
