Lookout Mountain attractions-Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Incline Railway-are a 10-minute drive away. Creative Discovery Museum is also 10 minutes by car. Downtown Chattanooga is about 10 km and a 20-25 USD rideshare trip. Cracker Barrel, Logan's Roadhouse, and several fast-food options are within a 2 km drive. The nearest mall is about 25 minutes away. The hotel's location is car-dependent; on-site free parking makes it a convenient base for exploring the area by vehicle.

All rooms include a desk, armchair, small refrigerator, microwave, flat-screen cable TV, and tea and coffee facilities. King suites have a sitting area with a sofa, two TVs, and a desk; other configurations include double-queen rooms and suites with a sofa bed. South-facing rooms on the 3rd floor offer pleasant mountain views and less road noise. Walls are thin - noise from adjacent rooms and highway traffic may affect light sleepers. Some rooms lack natural views entirely (e.g., rooms 214 and 216 face interior building elements). Air conditioning units can be noisy when cycling on. Rooms are generally clean but furnishings show wear - carpets and bathtubs have been noted as stained in some cases. Connecting rooms are available upon request but not guaranteed.

Breakfast is included for all guests and is served from 6:30-9:30 AM on weekdays and 7:00-10:00 AM on weekends. The selection includes hot scrambled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, pastries, bread, and strong coffee. Weekend breakfasts are notably more substantial.
