The surrounding area is lively, with dozens of restaurants, bars, and a 24-hour supermarket within 300m. The entrance is small and can be easy to miss; look out for the address and the nearby Parco Colosseo garage as a landmark. The neighbourhood feels safe, helped by a police station next door.

Rooms are available as Economy (smaller, with a French bed), Standard (double bed), and Superior (larger, with a big double bed). All are air-conditioned and have a flat-screen satellite TV, free toiletries, and a safe. Some rooms include a minibar and tea/coffee maker; a small fridge can be requested. The decor is traditional with a distinctly Italian character. Room size is modest - especially the Economy and Standard categories - so the Superior category is recommended if you need more space to move. No rooms have a balcony. Noise levels vary: rooms facing the street can be affected by outside sounds, while the quiet residential street helps keep noise down. The building has a lift. Cleanliness is generally maintained, though some areas show wear and could benefit from renovation.
