APARTMENTS CAMPO DE FIORI, Rome

The apartments are tucked within the historic Arco degli Acetari courtyard, providing a tranquil retreat amid the energy of the market square. Pantheon is a 9-minute walk, Piazza Navona a 4-minute walk, and Largo di Torre Argentina is 8 minutes on foot. Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Colosseum are all within a 30-minute walk. Rome's main attractions are accessible on foot, making car use unnecessary. The nearest major transport link is Termini Station, reachable by train from the airport; the local bus stop is close for longer journeys. For airport arrivals, the host can arrange a shuttle for €55, or you can take a direct train to Termini and walk or take a short bus ride.

Each apartment is air-conditioned with parquet or tiled floors and includes a separate living area with a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware - ideal for self-catering. Some units have a private terrace or balcony with outdoor dining furniture. The largest apartment sleeps up to five guests and features two bathrooms. The apartments are modern and well-maintained inside, though the building is historic with spiral stairs. Road-facing apartments in the courtyard are quieter than typical city-centre rooms, and the interior courtyard setting suppresses external noise. The twin bed in the larger bedroom is a single bed. The sofa bed in the living area is comfortable. Laundry facilities (washing machine) are available. The apartments are generally spacious, clean, and comfortable for families or groups. Air conditioning works well, and WiFi signal is strong.

The property offers complimentary bicycle rental, giving an easy, scenic way to explore central Rome. An ice-skating rink is within walking distance, providing a seasonal activity option.

The front desk operates 24 hours, and private check-in/check-out is standard. Luggage storage is possible from 08:00, ideal for early arrivals or late departures. The host can arrange airport transfers (€55 one way) and shuttle service for exploring further afield. A safety deposit box is provided in the room. Free WiFi is available throughout. Pets are allowed at no extra charge, though should be well-behaved. The property has no elevator, but the apartments are on lower floors. Housekeeping can be arranged upon request during longer stays. The hosts are known for being responsive and helpful with organising taxis, answering questions, and facilitating late arrivals.
