The hotel is perfectly placed for exploring central Paris on foot: the Pompidou Centre is around the corner, the Seine is a 5-minute walk, and Châtelet-Les-Halles (Metro and RER) is a 13-minute walk away. Dozens of restaurants, cafés, and shops line the surrounding pedestrian streets, making the area lively day and night. The Metro line 1 (Hôtel de Ville station) provides direct access across the city, and the RER B train from the airport reaches central Paris in about 45 minutes. Since the hotel has no parking, the public car park (Indigo) at 4 rue de Lobau is the most practical option for drivers.

All private bathrooms include a shower (some very compact), free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Rooms are available in double and triple configurations; some triple rooms consist of two separate sleeping areas. The building has no elevator, and rooms on the upper floors (especially the third) require climbing narrow, uneven stairs. Size varies: some rooms are noted as spacious for Paris, while others are small, particularly attic rooms with sloping ceilings. Carpeted floors are common and may appear worn. Views overlook either the pedestrian street or a quiet courtyard. Noise can be an issue in street-facing rooms, especially on weekends; courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. Each room includes a mini-fridge, safe, TV, and air conditioning. An electric kettle is available on request.

Breakfast is a basic continental offering typically including bread, pastries, butter, jam, salami, hot drinks, and juice. Options are limited; the breakfast room is small. The breakfast is not included in the room rate. A coffee machine in the lobby dispenses free hot drinks throughout the day. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but a vending machine with drinks is available. The surrounding Le Marais neighbourhood is packed with cafés, bistros, and international restaurants just a few minutes' walk away, offering plenty of alternatives for other meals.

The hotel does not have a spa, pool, or gym. For leisure, the interior courtyard offers a calm spot to sit with a coffee, and the surrounding Marais district provides abundant walking, shopping, and cultural exploration opportunities.
