DELUXE APARTMENTS LAGOON VIEW, Venice

The apartment is situated on Giudecca, a quieter island across the canal from central Venice. Two vaporetto stations - Palanca (5-minute walk) and Sacca Fisola - provide easy waterbus connections to St. Mark's Square and other landmarks, with a travel time of about 10 minutes. Airport waterbuses stop at a pier just 2 minutes away. The immediate area includes waterfront cafes, restaurants, a Coop supermarket, and an excellent fruit shop near Palanca. For those arriving by vaporetto with luggage, using Sacca Fisola is recommended as it has only one bridge with a ramp, making it easier to manage suitcases.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a living room with a sofa bed and dining table, and a private bathroom with slippers and free toiletries. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all essential cookware, making self-catering practical. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, soundproofed rooms, a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The apartment is on a quiet street and the building has a lift. Corner apartments (such as number 45) offer extra light and views of both the courtyard and a canal. No rooms have a balcony.

The property does not have a spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool. Leisure options are centred on the surrounding area: quiet walks along the Giudecca waterfront, enjoying the views of the Venetian lagoon and the city skyline. Boating opportunities are available nearby. The nearby Hilton hotel has a rooftop bar with 360-degree views, accessible to visitors. The apartment's peaceful setting contrasts with the crowds of central Venice, offering a relaxed base for exploring the city.
