The hotel is located on Landwehrstraße, a street known for its Turkish and Arab shops and proximity to nightlife venues. The area is central but can feel lively or run-down at night, with strip clubs and men loitering in the alleys. Staying on the main road feels safer. The Deutsches Theater is 100 metres away, and Karlsplatz/Stachus underground station is a 7-minute walk, giving direct access to the New Exhibition Centre. Munich Airport is reachable by direct train from Central Station. Several supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe) and late-night food options are within walking distance.

All rooms feature colourful minimalist décor, soundproof walls, and parquet or carpeted floors. Standard double and single rooms are small but functional, with limited storage. The junior suite offers more space, a separate living/sleeping area, and a balcony with city views. Noise from the street and neighbouring rooms can be an issue, especially when windows are open for cooling. Pillows are thin and flat; beds are generally comfortable but some find them soft. Bathrooms are compact with good water pressure and hot water. Some rooms have tea and coffee makers, and free bottled water is provided. No mini-fridge or air conditioning - only a fan in summer.

Breakfast costs €19 per person and includes a selection of breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, sausages, fruit, yoghurts, and hot drinks. The room has mirrored walls and large windows. The buffet can run out of items later in the morning and selection is basic. The hotel also has a bar, snack bar, coffee house on site, and offers room service, packed lunches, and special diet menus on request. The surrounding area offers many Turkish and Middle Eastern restaurants, bakeries, and cafes within a short walk.
