The neighbourhood is considered safe, well-lit, and popular with both locals and visitors.

A continental buffet breakfast is available each morning, including breads, pastries, cereal, hot drinks, and juice, served in the breakfast room. The breakfast area can become busy during peak hours, and some guests have noted that the selection is basic but sufficient for a quick start to the day. Coffee and tea are offered, and the hotel has a coffee house on site for additional beverages. For other meals, the surrounding streets are lined with numerous restaurants, cafés, crêperies, and brasseries within a 5-minute walk, offering everything from traditional French cuisine to international options. Several supermarkets and bakeries are also nearby for self-catering. Room service is available through the 24-hour reception.

There is no spa, gym, or pool at the hotel. A small shared lounge with seating, books, and games is available for guest use. The property also has a pleasant courtyard that is suitable for relaxing in the evening when the weather is warm. For leisure activities, the Luxembourg Gardens (10 minutes on foot) offer expansive parkland, while the Montparnasse district is rich in cafés, bars, and cultural venues. The nearest theatre and cinema are within a few blocks.
