DESTINY PALMS HOTEL MAINGATE WEST, Kissimmee

Destiny Palms is located on Irlo Bronson Highway, a main route in Kissimmee, giving direct car access to Disney World (5 mins), Universal Orlando (approx. 30 mins), and the Orange County Convention Center (20 mins). The airport is about 30 minutes away by car, though traffic can extend the drive to 45 minutes. While the hotel is not within walking distance of major parks, a 7-Eleven and McDonald's are directly across the street, and over a dozen casual dining options are within a half-mile. Public transport to theme parks and International Drive is available from the hotel. Having a car or using rideshare is the most practical choice for park visits.

There is no restaurant or breakfast service at Destiny Palms. A self-service coffee station with hot water, a toaster, and a microwave is available near the lobby for guest use. For meals, dozens of restaurants are within a very short drive or walk - McDonald's and 7-Eleven are across the street, while Bruno's Italian, Manny's Chophouse, and several fast-food options are within 1 km. A Walgreens pharmacy is also within walking distance for snacks and supplies.

The hotel features an open-air swimming pool, available year-round for guests. The pool is not heated, and there is no spa, hot tub, sauna, or fitness centre on site. For guests seeking leisure beyond the pool, all major theme parks and attractions are a short drive away. The pool area provides a simple outdoor space to relax but is not a primary recreational facility.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas, and on-site private parking is free without reservation. Laundry services are available for an additional charge, with washers and dryers at $2.50 per load. The front desk is open 24 hours, offers express check-in/out, and can hold luggage for a few hours. A business centre is available for travellers needing work facilities. Package delivery is accepted (first package free, fee for additional or large items). The property has an elevator, accessible parking, and facilities for disabled guests. Security features include CCTV, key card access, smoke alarms, and a security alarm. Daily housekeeping is included, but frequency may vary.
