SEASONS KISSIMMEE - ORLANDO - LAKE BUENA VISTA SOUTH, FLORIDA RESORT, Kissimmee

The hotel is on Irlo Bronson Highway, approximately 2 km west of Medieval Times, placing it close to theme parks while avoiding the heaviest traffic congestion. Disney World parks are a 15-minute drive, Universal Orlando Resort is 22 km away, and the 192 Outlet is 3 km from the property. Several chain restaurants-including Waffle House, Applebee's, and Denny's-are within walking distance (0.3-1 km), along with a 7-Eleven and other casual dining spots. The property sits behind a closed restaurant, which can make it slightly harder to find in the dark; the parking lots are connected. Driving is the primary way to get around, as public transport options are limited.

Accommodation options include double queen rooms and deluxe king rooms (the latter with a sofa). All rooms offer air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, a hair dryer, and tea/coffee facilities. Some rooms have been renovated with tasteful decor, tiled flooring (no carpet), and comfortable beds with crisp linens. However, certain units may have dated furniture, chipped paint, torn headboards, or cracked lampshades. Bathrooms are private but small and windowless; the shower control can be stiff and the bathtub may have stains. The air conditioning can be noisy and may emit a musty odor. Tinted windows and plantation blinds are standard. No rooms have a balcony. Light sleepers should request a room away from the pool area for a quieter stay.

There is no on-site restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. All rooms include a microwave and refrigerator, and there is a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are also on site. A wide variety of dining options are within a short walk, including Waffle House (0.5 km), Applebee's (0.5 km), Poblanos Mexican restaurant (0.5 km), Denny's (1 km), and several others. For groceries, supermarkets are a short drive away. The nearest full-service dining experience is Capone's Dinner and Show, a 1920s-themed all-you-can-eat buffet with American cuisine, located at the property but managed separately.

The main recreational facility is the large outdoor swimming pool, which is heated and open all year. It is fenced for safety and includes a sun terrace with outdoor furniture. Floating devices and pool noodles are sometimes available for guest use. There is no spa, wellness centre, or fitness gym at the property. Laundry facilities ($2 per wash/dry) are available for guests. The property's location on Lake Cecile, 482 metres away, offers watersports for those seeking additional activity.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Parking is free, private, and on-site with no reservation needed; accessible parking is available. The front desk is staffed from 9:00 to 23:00. For arrivals after 23:00, a self-check-in machine is available if the reservation is fully paid. Express check-in/check-out and laundry services (additional charge) are offered. There is a lift, and the property is non-smoking throughout. Safety features include key card access, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. Housekeeping services come every other day, but additional items (towels, coffee) can be requested at the lobby. The hotel does not have a shuttle from the airport. The person whose name is on the reservation must be present at check-in.
