The area has vehicle traffic noise at night, particularly near the main road, and room selection away from the street helps light sleepers. Parking is free and spots are close to rooms, making car use straightforward, but the location is less walkable for groceries or longer excursions without a vehicle.

Studio, double, and family room configurations are available, some with kitchenettes (kitchenware, toaster, dining area) and seating areas.
