A 30-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station, or a scenic vaporetto ride, will get you to the doorstep. The narrow surrounding streets are filled with popular shops and restaurants; the area is ideal for exploring all major landmarks on foot. Multiple cafés, bars, and grocery stores are within a one-minute walk.

The property occupies a completely refurbished 15th-century building. Every room includes a minibar and a work desk. Upper-floor rooms are accessible by lift. Double beds may consist of two single mattresses pushed together. Some bathrooms have high bathtub steps, where a shower is taken without a dedicated shower cabin; this may be less convenient for those with limited mobility. Rooms are generally compact: opening suitcases on the floor can restrict movement. Some spaces are described as basic but suitable for a short city stay. Rooms with a terrace are available in the top-floor attic.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, cereal, yoghurt, cheese, ham, machine coffee, and juice - enough for a simple start to the day. There is no hot food option. A bar on-site and in-room breakfast service are available for other meal needs. For a fuller meal, numerous restaurants (including Ristorante Centrale, Pako's Pizza & Pasta, and Birreria Pedavena) are within a two-minute walk. A supermarket is also one minute away.
