From Marco Polo Airport, take the Alilaguna orange line to Guglie (3-minute walk) or the ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma (10-minute walk). The water bus connects to St. Mark's Square in about 30 minutes. Multiple restaurants, cafés, and shops are within a 3- to 5-minute walk. The location is away from the most crowded tourist zones yet central enough to reach the Rialto Bridge in 15 minutes and St. Mark's in 20-25 minutes on foot.

Standard rooms are compact; those in the Classic category may have no external view (window onto a service shaft). Superior and Deluxe rooms are larger, with street or internal views; a few have a small balcony. Some rooms near the reception and breakfast area can pick up noise from the lobby. The property has no elevator; guests use stairs to all floors. Rooms feature parquet floors, soundproofing, electric kettle, and free toiletries. A safety deposit box is provided, and some rooms include a bathtub. Beds can be split into twin on request, depending on availability.

Breakfast is served in a grand room on the mezzanine with a Murano glass chandelier and balcony overlooking the street.
