JR Osaki Station is connected via a second-floor walkway, making train access convenient regardless of weather. Narita International Airport is reachable in about 70 minutes by train and walk, or 90 minutes by highway bus to Osaki Station West Exit (then 3 minutes on foot). Haneda Airport is about 45 minutes by highway bus. The surrounding area provides a shopping arcade, convenience stores (Family Mart within 5 minutes), supermarkets in nearby malls, and a variety of restaurants within a 0.5 km radius. Trains are frequent but the property is quiet enough not to be disturbed by station noise.

All rooms feature a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, carpeted floor, pajamas, and a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Some rooms offer larger-than-average space for Tokyo and city views (including Mt Fuji from certain rooms). No rooms have a balcony or accommodate extra beds. The hotel cannot add extra bedding. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows that can be exchanged at reception if needed.

Breakfast includes a mix of Japanese and Italian/American dishes. Some may find the selection limited, but the buffet provides a convenient start to the day. The restaurant is located adjacent to the hotel. For different meal options, several other restaurants and cafés are within a 3-minute walk, including Japanese, sushi, and fast-casual choices. Convenience stores and supermarkets nearby allow for self-catering.

Access is via a discount card provided at check-in for the affiliated fitness club on the second floor. The swimming pool is available for an additional fee (¥1650 discount ticket) and is closed on Mondays. Children must be 16 or older, and persons with tattoos are not permitted in the pool. The facility features high-quality equipment and an onsen-style bath. Massage services are also available for a fee. Guests can use the gym even on the day of check-out.

The hotel offers a lift, designated smoking area, non-smoking rooms, air conditioning and heating, plus a trouser press, vending machine for drinks, and a fax/photocopying service (fee).
