The hotel's elevator descends to the JR Gotanda Station ticket gates, providing covered, step-free access to the Yamanote Line - three stops from Shibuya and four from Harajuku. The Toei Asakusa Subway Line is also a two-minute walk, offering direct routes to Asakusa and Narita Airport via the Keisei Narita Sky Access. The lobby is on the 3rd floor, accessed through the station concourse. Haneda Airport is reached by taking the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho, then transferring to the Yamanote Line; a taxi costs around 6000 JPY during the day. There are no airport bus services to Narita or Haneda. The surrounding area is less touristy but well supplied with restaurants, convenience stores, Don Quijote, Muji, Uniqlo, and Tokyu Square shopping mall all within a short walk. The hotel is also situated next to a police station, so occasional siren noise can be heard through the day and night, but the building's soundproof windows effectively block train noise.

Breakfast is available from 6:30 to 10:30 (last order at 10:00) for 1760 JPY per person. The menu rotates daily among a donburi, a Japanese set, and a Western-style main dish, all accompanied by a salad bar and beverages. The restaurant also serves Japanese cuisine at other meal times, providing a convenient on-site dining option. For additional choice, the area immediately around the hotel is filled with restaurants, cafes, and bakeries - including a bakery just outside the station entrance. A convenience store and a standing sushi bar are also within a stone's throw.

Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk can assist with luggage forwarding via Yamato Transport (shipping fee not included) and luggage storage before check-in and after check-out at no extra cost.
