The Siena train station is about 15 minutes away on foot. For drivers, being outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL) makes access straightforward. Street-side parking is free but not guaranteed; mid-afternoon may require circling for up to 20 minutes. Several restaurants, a pizzeria, and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk.

Twin/double rooms offer a tea and coffee maker, wardrobe, tiled floors, and outdoor furniture. Some rooms include a seating area and a terrace or patio; however, no rooms have a balcony. The bathrooms are notably generous in size, with good showers and complimentary toiletries, plus a bidet and hairdryer. Air conditioning is available but its operation may be limited by the host in cooler weather; if travelling during hot months, confirm directly with the property that the system will be on during your stay. Mattress condition is variable - some are comfortable, while others show visible sagging from wear; those with back concerns should verify mattress quality at check-in.
