The Siena train station is about 15 minutes away on foot. For drivers, being outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL) makes access straightforward. Street-side parking is free but not guaranteed; mid-afternoon may require circling for up to 20 minutes. Several restaurants, a pizzeria, and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk.

The breakfast offering is continental in style - typically pastries, bread, biscuits, and hot drinks - with a simple self-service setup in the common area. The serving time (09:30) is quite late, which may not suit early risers or those with tight sightseeing plans. Throughout the day, the common area is stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, water, and packaged pastries or biscuits, usable by all guests.
