Situated on a quiet street, the hotel offers excellent access to multiple subway lines (Marunouchi, Shinjuku, and others) via Awajicho and nearby Ogawamachi stations. Akihabara Electric Town is a 10-15 minute walk away, and the Imperial Palace is 15 minutes on foot. Tokyo Station is reachable in 25 minutes by foot or a short subway ride. The area is well supplied with convenience stores (FamilyMart), restaurants, and a large supermarket within a few minutes' walk. For travellers from Narita Airport, take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station and transfer to the Marunouchi Line to Awajicho Station (3 minutes from the hotel). On weekends, some nearby restaurants close, but the location remains well connected and suitable for sightseeing across the city.

All rooms come with a flat-screen satellite TV, fridge, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker, carpeted floor, and pajamas. Room types include single (1 bed), double (1 bed), twin (2 beds, each 110cm x 195cm), and triple (3 beds, formerly Superior Twin). The twin and triple rooms measure approximately 20 m2, which is spacious by Tokyo standards. Many rooms have storage space under the bed for suitcases. Rooms are located on a quiet street, but those facing the road may be less suitable for light sleepers. Daily housekeeping is thorough, and the rooms are consistently clean.
