The Colosseum and Roman Forum are within a 20-25 minute walk. Ciampino Airport is 12 km away (25 minutes by taxi) and Fiumicino Airport is 40 minutes. The neighbourhood is safe and residential, with many restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk. Taxis may have difficulty locating the entrance as the building is set back from the street with no prominent signage. The area is well-served by buses and trams.

Accommodation includes double, quadruple, and family rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (shower, bidet, hairdryer, free toiletries). Some rooms are designed for accessibility with grab rails, raised toilet, and roll-in shower - these lack a shower cabin, causing water on the floor. Standard rooms offer a wardrobe, safe deposit box, and effective soundproofing. Double beds are approximately 140 cm wide; quadriple rooms have two beds. In-room tea/coffee making facilities are not guaranteed; some rooms may have a kettle. Air conditioning is centrally controlled and may not be fully adjustable.
