The Pantheon is a 1 km walk, and Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, and Via del Corso are all within a short stroll. The Spagna metro station (350 metres) connects to Termini station in three stops. From Fiumicino Airport, take the SIT bus shuttle (€8.00) or Leonardo Express train (€14.00) to Termini, then metro Line A to Spagna. The immediate area is safe and pedestrian-friendly, with a Carrefour market and multiple dining options just steps from the entrance.

The hotel offers a range of room configurations including doubles, triples, and quad rooms, some with a mezzanine loft layout ideal for families. Private bathrooms are standard in all rooms. Some rooms have views of the lively street below, while others face an interior courtyard, which is significantly quieter. Rooms facing the street can be affected by noise from restaurants and bars until late, as windows are not fully soundproofed. Some rooms are described as dark and can feel cramped, particularly the bathrooms which are small. The lift starts from the first floor and is very compact; guests on higher floors must manage one flight of stairs. There are no in-room safes, tea/coffee making facilities, or balconies. Cots/cribs are available on request.

A paid breakfast (€5.00 per person) is offered in a small breakfast room. The selection is continental: croissants, toast, coffee from an espresso machine, juice, and cereal. For a simpler option, guests can purchase a €2.50 or €5.00 voucher at reception to redeem at the bar directly below the hotel. The voucher covers a cappuccino and a cornetto (€2.50) or adds a fresh juice (€5.00). There is no restaurant on-site for lunch or dinner.
