For car users, street parking is available for a fee, or a private garage costs €20 per day. The property is well connected by metro, bus, and tram, making all major sights reachable without a car.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a tea and coffee maker, electric kettle, wardrobe, safe, and free toiletries. Some units are at basement level with a high window that cannot be opened, which may feel humid or lack natural light and ventilation - a consideration for longer stays or those with allergies. The family room (160 cm + 140 cm beds plus a single) has its private bathroom located 1.5 metres from the bedroom door. The paid airport shuttle (from FCO €80 per minivan for 5 people, from CIA €70) must be booked in advance by providing the number of people, arrival time, and airport name.
