EASYLIFE - SUITE IN PORTA VENEZIA, Milan

The location is exceptionally practical for both rail travellers and those flying into Linate Airport (7 km away). Centrale Metro Station connects passengers throughout Milan, and numerous tram, bus and metro stops are within a short walk of the building. The hotel is also within walking distance of major shopping streets such as Corso Buenos Aires (5 minutes), cultural spots like Brera Art Gallery (2 km) and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele (4 km). The area is well served by supermarkets, bars and restaurants, making it convenient for self-catering and dining. Street-level rooms can be noisy due to passing trams, but the building is in a quiet neighbourhood overall.

Each double room is generously sized and includes a large, comfortable bed, air conditioning, a TV, a work desk and a tea and coffee maker. Rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries; some bathrooms also include a bidet. Several rooms offer a private terrace with views over the city. The heating uses a reversible air-conditioning unit, which may not be sufficient during colder periods. The property has an elevator, making upper-floor units accessible. The building is a beautifully maintained historic townhouse, though some rooms show signs of wear, such as uneven flooring, and the room walls are not fully soundproofed.

The accommodation does not have a restaurant or breakfast service. Each room is equipped with a tea and coffee maker, an electric kettle and a small refrigerator, allowing guests to prepare basic drinks and store snacks. The surrounding neighbourhood offers a rich selection of restaurants, cafés and bars within a few minutes' walk, including tram-themed bar Tram Tram and Indian restaurant The Dhaba, both 0.5 km away, and several other dining options within 0.5 km. For guests wanting a proper morning meal, plenty of cafés and bakeries are nearby.

Free WiFi is available in all areas of the property. Luggage storage can be arranged for early arrivals before the 15:00 check-in time. The property does not offer daily cleaning or linen changes, regardless of the length of stay. Guest contact is only via WhatsApp or an online form - no reception desk or staff are present on site. Lost or faulty digital codes can cause access problems, and if the lift is not working the building has stairs. The property has fire extinguishers and smoke alarms for safety.
