EASYSLEEP EIXAMPLE, Barcelona

The area is highly rated for its central yet peaceful atmosphere, with excellent walking access to Gaudí landmarks, shops, and restaurants. Two metro lines within a few minutes' walk connect to the airport and city attractions. A large Mercadona supermarket is 5 minutes away; bakeries, cafés, and several restaurants (A Toda Lena, Ogura, Nogal, Gorria) are within 0.5 km. The neighbourhood feels safe and is well served by public transport, making a car unnecessary for most stays. Parking (partner garage) is a 3-minute walk for those driving.

Units range from studios to 4-bedroom apartments, each with a seating area, dining table, and flat-screen TV. Kitchens include a microwave, fridge, stovetop, tea/coffee maker, and in some cases a dishwasher. All apartments have a private bathroom with hairdryer; 2-bathroom layouts are standard for 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom units. Superior 4-bedroom apartments feature a terrace (often with views of Sagrada Familia) and a patio; standard units have small balconies or no outdoor space. Most apartments lack closed wardrobes, so packing cubes or hanging organisers help. Bedrooms do not have individual air conditioning - cooling relies on units in the living/hallway area. The property offers allergy-free rooms, family rooms, and cots/highchairs upon request. The lift is small and may not fit all luggage, and the staircases are narrow. Noise from neighbouring apartments can be an issue; interior balconies face a quiet courtyard. Cleaning is not included daily - extra fee applies if requested.

The apartments are self-catering only: each has a kitchen with microwave, fridge, stovetop, kettle, and basic cookware. A Mercadona supermarket is 5 minutes away, and several bakeries, coffee shops, and international restaurants (Japanese, Spanish, Italian) are within 0.5 km. The property does not offer breakfast, room service, or a dining room. Guests planning to cook should note that only some apartments have a dishwasher; none have a washing machine (shared laundry available). The dining table in the living area seats 4-8 depending on the apartment.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. An airport shuttle (additional fee) can be booked after reservation. Private parking is off-site with a partner garage (Granbril, 3 min walk, ~22€/day, reservation not possible). Luggage storage is at the office Monday-Friday 09:00-19:00; no weekend storage. Laundry facilities (washing machines, dryers) are available at an extra charge in the building. The tour desk can provide city recommendations. Cots and highchairs are available on request. Pets are not allowed. The building has CCTV, fire extinguishers, key access, and a safety deposit box. Payment is accepted via Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay credit cards. A 300€ security deposit is collected on arrival.
