SIEGEL SELECT LV STRIP-CONVENTION CENTER, Las Vegas

Situated next to the Riviera Hotel and Wynn Resort, the property offers easy access to the Las Vegas Monorail and DEUCE bus stop (3min walk). The University of Nevada Las Vegas is also nearby. The immediate area provides 24-hour convenience shopping (7-Eleven) and several dining options including Denny's, Tacos El Gordo, and Bagelmania. Free on-site parking makes it practical for those driving, while the public transport network connects to the Strip and downtown. The neighbourhood is quiet at night but can feel less secure away from the main boulevard; the property has 24-hour security and CCTV.

Rooms offer a seating area, desk, and carpeted floors. Each includes a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, sink, and coffee maker (no cookware or utensils provided). Private bathrooms have a bathtub with shower; some rooms feature a shower-over-bath setup. Bed options include king or two queen beds. Rooms are generally spacious and comfortable for the price, but the building has no elevator, so ground-floor rooms are recommended for those with heavy luggage. Street-facing rooms can be noisy due to traffic and sirens. Some furniture and fittings show wear - a few rooms have older finishes. Air conditioning works well but can be loud.

No breakfast or restaurant is available at the property. A coffee maker with regular and vanilla-flavoured coffee is provided in each room. Complementary doughnuts are sometimes offered at the reception. Several dining options are within a 5-minute walk, including Denny's (0.5km), Bagelmania (next door), Tacos El Gordo, and Kabob 'N More. Grocery delivery can be arranged at an extra charge, and vending machines for drinks and snacks are on site.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas and generally reliable. Free private parking is available on site with no reservation needed; accessible parking is provided. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, smoke alarms, key card access, and a free safety deposit box. Laundry facilities are on site (requires a US phone number and app). Luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out (pick up by 9PM). Room service and grocery deliveries are offered at an additional charge. The front desk provides an invoice and can assist with tours. No elevator, no airport shuttle, and no 24-hour front desk.
