The apartments are in a calm, safe residential quarter of central Eixample, within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, and shops. Sagrada Familia is a 10-minute walk, and Passeig de Gràcia boulevard (Casa Batlló, La Pedrera) is also reachable on foot in 10 minutes. Plaça de Catalunya and Las Ramblas are just over 1 km away (about a 15-20 minute walk). Sants Train Station is a 25-minute metro ride. Public transport is excellent: Verdaguer Metro (L4/L5) is 5 minutes away, with tram stops even closer. For airport access, the A2 bus to Plaça de Catalunya then the B24 bus is an option, or take the paid airport shuttle (approx. €40-€50). The area is very walkable for sightseeing.

Accommodation ranges from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom apartments, all with private bathrooms. A 2-bedroom superior category has single beds at different heights (a fixed configuration). Some apartments have balconies and/or a private terrace. Kitchens include a hob, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine, and cooking utensils. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. The sofa bed is often reported as unsuitable for adults-firm and uncomfortable, so families or groups may want to choose an apartment with enough proper beds. Road-facing apartments can be noisy; requesting an interior-facing or higher-floor unit is advisable for light sleepers. Apartment layouts vary: some have bathroom access only through a bedroom, which may affect privacy. Air conditioning is only in the living room in some units, so bedrooms can get warm. The roof terrace is a shared space with city views.

There is no restaurant or bar on site. Breakfast is not served, but the kitchen is equipped for cooking (hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle). The Eixample district has an abundance of restaurants, cafes, and brunch spots within a short walk-from local Spanish cuisine to international options. A Lidl supermarket is nearby for groceries. The lack of on-site dining is well compensated by the location's convenience for self-catering or eating out.

The property does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. The main leisure facility is the shared rooftop terrace, equipped with sun loungers or beach chairs and offering views over the city, including a partial view of Sagrada Familia. This space is suitable for relaxing with a drink or reading. There is no dedicated children's play area.
