Street parking around the hotel is free and usually available.

Rooms are compact and functional, with bright decor, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. Private bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Some rooms offer a balcony or garden views. The twin room features two single beds; the double room has a large bed; the suite includes a separate living area and a balcony. Underfloor heating can make rooms warm; temperature regulation is slow. The hotel has no lift, so all rooms are reached by stairs. Noise can be an issue-walls are thin and sound from adjacent rooms or morning cleaning is audible. The hotel is non-smoking and allergy-free throughout.

Breakfast is served in a small basement room from a buffet that includes fresh fruit, cured meats, salami, cheese, sweet pastries, biscuits, yogurt, eggs, omelettes, and fried bacon. The breakfast room is decorated and cozy, though limited in space. The breakfast price is €8 per person. The hotel does not have a restaurant; guests can find a few local eateries within a short walk. Free coffee is available at all times in the reception area. For alternative dietary needs (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan), a day's notice is required.

The property includes a garden with outdoor furniture and a shared lounge/TV area. There is no spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool on site. The garden is a quiet space suitable for relaxing or working outdoors.
