ECO VIA LUSITANA, Madrid

The property lies next to the Aguacate business district and is within a 15-minute walk of Islazul Shopping Centre. The neighbourhood is safe and green, with supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl) and several local restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Major motorways (M40, M45, M30, A42, A4, A5) are a short drive away, making it convenient for drivers. Madrid-Barajas Airport is a 20-minute drive; a taxi is the fastest option, while metro and bus combinations take around an hour. The metro station provides direct access to central Madrid and is especially convenient for attending events such as the Mad Cool Music Festival via Atocha station.

Standard double rooms are compact but include a private bathroom with hairdryer and flat-screen TV. Superior rooms offer a king-size bed (2m x 2m), a sofa in a separate living area, and a whirlpool bathtub. The property shows signs of age - some rooms have dated furniture, scuffed surfaces, and occasional maintenance issues such as poorly fitting windows or broken fixtures. Soundproofing between rooms and from the road is limited; rooms facing the road may experience traffic noise. Air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled, and temperature adjustment can be restricted during certain seasons. Daily housekeeping is provided, but consistency varies. The overall condition is best suited for budget-conscious travellers who prioritise location and basic comfort over modern decor.
