EDMONTON HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTER EDMONTON, Edmonton

All rooms come with air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen cable TV, coffee maker, hair dryer, work desk, and lounge chair. Some rooms include a fridge and microwave. The larger suites have separate living areas and multiple beds. The property has two towers - the West Tower is noted for being quieter. Road-facing rooms or those near the elevator may experience more noise. Some units have a jetted tub. The decor and furnishings show wear in places (carpet staining, chipped paint, older TVs), but beds are consistently described as very comfortable. Air conditioning units in some rooms can be loud. Lighting in rooms and bathrooms can be dim. Blackout curtains are not standard. No balconies are available.

Farmers Table Kitchen (open daily 5pm-10pm) serves American, Caribbean, British, Italian, Mexican, pizza, seafood, steakhouse, local, Asian, international, and BBQ dishes. It accommodates vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free requests. Pub 76 offers a lounge menu, drinks (including moosehead on tap), and happy hour specials. The breakfast buffet (included with many rate plans) features hot items like eggs, sausage, beans, toast, fruit, pastries, coffee, and juice - though quality and replenishment can be inconsistent. Breakfast is served on disposable plates with wooden cutlery. On Sundays, the kitchen closes between 12pm and 5pm, so no hot food is available at the hotel during that gap. Room service operates only during restaurant hours. There is no coffee shop or lobby coffee after breakfast.

The indoor saltwater pool is heated and open all year. The hot tub is kept hot, and the steam room and dry sauna are available. Pool towels are provided, though shortages have occurred when the hotel is busy. The fitness centre has basic equipment; some describe it as small. For leisure, there are billiards (extra charge), free darts, golf course within 3 km (extra charge), happy hour events, and live sports broadcasts. Outdoor areas include a garden, terrace, and patio with sun loungers. The pool area is a concrete room - no music. The hot tub, sauna, and steam room operate 7am-11pm.

Free on-site parking is available with no reservation needed, including accessible spaces. Wi-Fi is free throughout. Luggage storage is available and free. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out, an ATM, currency exchange, and safety deposit boxes. A business centre, meeting/banquet facilities, and fax/photocopying services are available (some for a fee). Daily housekeeping is free; laundry and dry cleaning are available for a fee. The hotel has a lift, wheelchair-accessible rooms, Braille signage, and non-smoking rooms. There is a minimarket on site and vending machines for drinks and snacks. Pets are allowed on request (charges may apply). No airport shuttle. Only credit cards accepted for payment.
