The area is safe and walkable during the day, though some routes to 5th Avenue pass poorly lit streets at night. Public collectivos are easily accessible from Constituyentes Avenue for trips further afield.

Rooms are large and clean, furnished with modern furniture and a practical kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, cookware, and dining area. The bed is generally comfortable, though some units have very soft mattresses. The private bathroom comes with a shower, free toiletries, and decent water pressure. Each room has its own Wi-Fi router, which improves connectivity. Street-facing rooms or those near the pool can be noisy; ground-floor units next to the stairwell are particularly loud, especially from 8am when cleaning starts. Rooms on the third floor have no lift access. The apartment's doors leading to the terrace in some rooms can be difficult to secure from the outside.
