Tram D and the Stephansplatz metro station are a 5-minute walk, and Wien Mitte station (with direct airport trains) is about 10 minutes away. Road-facing rooms experience some traffic noise, especially in the morning, but the central location means almost all sights are reachable entirely on foot.

Each apartment comprises one living room, one or two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom with bath or shower and free toiletries. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and coffee machine, plus cookware and utensils. The main bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed is narrow, firm, and often reported to be uncomfortable for two adults - it is not a true double. Some apartments have a separate toilet and sink next to the shower room, which helps groups. Rooms are soundproofed and generally quiet for a central location, but those facing the road can hear traffic. There is no air conditioning; in summer the apartment becomes very hot, and street noise prevents keeping windows open. Blackout curtains are fitted. The bedroom in some units is very compact, with no space for luggage on one side of the bed. Cleaning can be inconsistent - some units have been found dusty or with old linen on arrival.
