The hotel sits right next to the airport, making it an ideal base for travellers with early flights or layovers. The Blue Line Airport station is about a 5-minute walk through a small park, and from there it is just two stops to the downtown waterfront and Aquarium. The Boston Convention Center and Financial District are within an 8-km (8 km) radius. The Blue Line also connects easily to Fenway Park (13 km away) and the Freedom Trail (accessible via subway). For those arriving by car, the rental car return centre is across the street, and the hotel shuttle can also pick up from the rental building. A short walk also reaches the MBTA bus stop for the Silver Line. Several casual restaurants are within 0.5 km, including Dunkin', Italian Express Pizzeria, and Mehak Restaurant.

Each suite offers a distinct living and sleeping space, with a sofa bed in the living area and a separate bedroom. Room setups include king beds with a pull-out sofa, two queen beds, or two double beds, making them well-suited for families or groups. All suites have a microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee maker (some include a Keurig), and two HDTVs. Bathrooms feature a shower or tub combination. Rooms on higher floors facing the city offer views of the Boston skyline. The property is generally quiet inside rooms, though road-facing or lower-floor rooms near the lobby may pick up bar noise. Some suites on the second floor have windows overlooking the lobby, which can be louder. The nightly reception in the lobby may produce music audible on nearby floors until around midnight. Beds are described as very firm, which may not suit all sleepers. Some rooms show signs of age such as worn carpets or frayed upholstery, but cleanliness is consistently reported.

The free breakfast is served Monday-Friday from 6:00 to 9:30, and Saturday-Sunday from 6:30 to 10:00. It includes a full hot buffet with eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, pancakes, fresh fruit, cereal, and an omelet station. Plates and utensils are reusable, not disposable. There are currently no packed breakfast options for early departures. The on-site restaurant, Porter Bar & Grill, serves dinner with American cuisine including pizza, clam chowder, fish and chips, and burgers. A daily evening reception (17:00-18:00) provides complimentary soft drinks and light appetisers; Massachusetts law prohibits complimentary alcoholic beverages. Room service is also available. The snack bar and vending machines provide additional options.

The indoor pool is open all year and is a family-friendly facility with a consistent temperature. Adjacent to the pool is a hot tub/jacuzzi. The fitness centre is equipped with a range of machines and free weights. All wellness facilities are currently open and free for registered guests.

The complimentary 24-hour shuttle runs on demand-call the hotel directly upon arrival to request pick-up. The pick-up point is outside the arrivals hall in the second parking row or at exit E107. The shuttle holds up to 14 passengers with luggage and also stops at the Blue Line station and the rental car centre. Valet parking costs US$60 per night; the hotel does not offer park-and-fly packages. Daily housekeeping is free; laundry and dry cleaning are available for a fee. The 24-hour front desk provides express check-in/out, concierge, and luggage storage. Business facilities include meeting space for up to 300, fax/photocopying, and a business centre.
