COPLEY HOUSE, Boston

Copley House is situated in a quiet, residential area within the historic Back Bay neighborhood. The Prudential Center (400 m) and Hynes Convention Center (500 m) are a short walk away. Newbury Street's shops and restaurants are also nearby. Public transit is excellent: the Green Line E Branch (Prudential stop) and the Orange Line/Amtrak (Back Bay stop) are just minutes away. Logan Express stops on Boylston Street and Back Bay are a 5-minute walk. Logan International Airport is 9 km from the property. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, with supermarkets, a 7-Eleven, and numerous restaurants including Petit Robert Bistro, Giacomo's, and Chef Chang's within 0.5 km. Note that room locations are spread across several multi-level buildings up to a 10-minute walk apart.

Copley House offers a range of furnished apartments, from studios to one-bedroom units. Each apartment typically includes a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea and coffee maker. Bed configurations vary: some units have a queen bed plus a double sofa bed; others offer a single, twin, or double bed. Bathrooms can be private (attached) or shared; the shared option serves multiple rooms. Some rooms are on upper floors with no elevator; lower-floor or basement rooms can be requested at booking. Noise levels vary: rooms facing the street or common areas can be loud due to thin walls and old construction. Air conditioning and heating are available, though some units have limited temperature control. Some apartments lack a separate bedroom, with the sleeping area integrated into the living space. Overall, rooms range from basic and compact to more spacious and well-equipped.

Copley House does not have a dining facility, restaurant, or bar. Instead, each apartment comes with a kitchenette featuring a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and tea and coffee maker, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The immediate area offers numerous dining options within a short walk, including Revolution Health Kitchen, Anchovies, Chef Chang's, Petit Robert Bistro, Thornton's Restaurant, and Giacomo's. The Prudential Center and Newbury Street also provide a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. For groceries, a Whole Foods is three blocks away.

The property provides free Wi-Fi in all areas, luggage storage at the reception (available from 9am to 9pm), and laundry facilities (washing and drying machines) with washing powder provided free at the check-in office. Parking is available on site for $35 per night, first-come, first-served, with in-and-out privileges; an overflow garage nearby is available at a similar rate if the lot is full. Reception is staffed from 9am to 9pm, and self-check-in is available after hours. Additional services include an invoice provided upon request, and a hair dryer is included in every apartment. Accessibility is limited as the buildings have no elevators and some rooms are up multiple flights of stairs. Safety features include CCTV, fire extinguishers, security alarms, and smoke alarms. Cots are available on request.
