QUALITY INN & SUITES NEAR CLIFTON HILL, Niagara Falls

The hotel is situated in a prime area, approximately a 10-minute walk (or a 5-minute drive) to the Horseshoe Falls and the main Clifton Hill entertainment district. Skylon Tower is 7 minutes away, and Casino Niagara is 800 metres from the property. The WEGO Red Line bus stop is directly across the street, providing easy access without a car to all major attractions including the Falls and Niagara Parks. Numerous restaurants like Chuck's Roadhouse and Outback Steakhouse are within a 5-minute walk. For driving, parking is available on-site for a daily fee.

The hotel provides a variety of room types to suit different group sizes, including double rooms with one or two beds, family rooms, and suites. Families can request roll-away beds (subject to availability). All rooms include a private bathroom with a shower, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a tea and coffee maker, a work desk, and free Wi-Fi. While some rooms in the main building have been renovated to a modern standard with laminate floors, others, particularly in the annex building across the parking lot, are older and more dated. The annex building has exterior-facing rooms and no elevator, requiring use of stairs. The property has a 4-floor limit, and rooms do not offer views of the Falls or have balconies.

The hotel offers a free continental breakfast that is often noted as a good value, including options such as eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, fruit, yogurt, pastries, and hot coffee. While most find it satisfying for a quick start, it can be basic and supplies may run low during peak hours, requiring a short wait for refills. The breakfast room itself is small. For lunch or dinner, there is no on-site restaurant, but many dining options are within a short walk, including Hooters (connected to the hotel), Osmow's, Outback Steakhouse, and Chuck's Roadhouse, all located within 0.5 km.

For leisure, guests have access to an on-site fitness centre. The property also lists an indoor heated swimming pool and sun loungers, although this facility has been closed for maintenance. There is no hot tub or spa on the premises. The pool area, when operating, is accessible via a long hallway from the main lobby.

The hotel provides free in-room Wi-Fi for all guests. On-site private parking is available for a daily fee of CAD 20 plus tax, and reservations for a parking spot are not needed. Other facilities include a 24-hour front desk, a lift in the main building, a shared lounge/TV area, and vending machines for snacks and drinks. Services such as a snack bar and a kid-friendly buffet are available. The property is wheelchair accessible with features like a raised toilet and grab rails. There is no airport shuttle service. The hotel has a cash machine (ATM) on site.
