Rooms are spacious but very dated, with basic furnishings and worn carpets. Bathrooms are small and often show signs of age, with a bathtub with a shower curtain. Some rooms have broken fixtures or rust. Quietness varies: rear-facing rooms are much calmer, while front-facing ones are exposed to street and aircraft noise. Bedding is clean, though mattresses vary in comfort. There is no lift, so heavy luggage must be carried up stairs. Some rooms have no working Wi-Fi. Extra blankets or pillows are not provided; pack accordingly.

The breakfast offers bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, and hot drinks. Portions are simple and not tailored to dietary restrictions. The breakfast room is one of the newer parts of the hotel.
