ESTAY HOTEL BY JACOB'S, Dubai

The hotel is situated inside the Etisalat Academy in the Muhaisnah 2 area, providing a calm, campus-like environment with gardens and ample green space. While this offers a peaceful retreat, the location is remote with few shops or restaurants within walking distance, and public transport is limited. A bus stop is located outside the academy, and the nearest metro station is a short drive away. Highway access is easy, and the free on-site parking makes a rental car the most practical option for exploring the city. Taxi rides to the city centre or Dubai Mall take around 20-30 minutes.

The hotel offers a range of room types: Standard Rooms in the B-Block and Deluxe Rooms in the A-Block, with Family Rooms available. All rooms feature air conditioning, a tea/coffee maker, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower or bath. Some rooms include a hot tub and offer garden or city views. Based on operational patterns, rooms are generally spacious, though some Standard rooms are more compact. The walk-in showers are a practical feature, and the rooms are well-equipped for both short and long stays.

The hotel's on-site restaurant, The Terrace by eStay Hotel, serves international cuisine and offers halal and vegetarian meal options. Breakfast is served as a continental buffet (available for a charge). The breakfast offering has been described as limited, with a focus on continental items rather than a wide variety. Room service is available for dining in-room. For guests wanting more dining choices, the surrounding area offers limited options, and ordering delivery is a common alternative.

The hotel is integrated with the Etisalat Academy's sports facilities, offering guests free access to an impressive range of amenities. These include a large outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a well-equipped fitness centre with classes, a sauna, steam room, hot tub/Jacuzzi, and yoga classes. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy tennis, squash, badminton, table tennis, and billiards. A children's playground and a kids' pool are available for families. The pool and spa are located in the main sports complex, a short walk from the hotel building.

The hotel provides a 24-hour front desk, free luggage storage, and a locker room. Business facilities include a business centre and meeting/banquet rooms (available for a charge). Daily housekeeping is provided; additional laundry and dry cleaning services are available for a fee. The property has a lift and offers accessible rooms with features for disabled guests. A minimarket is on site for basic essentials. The front desk can arrange currency exchange and provides a safety deposit box. Guest feedback indicates that service efficiency can vary, particularly during busy periods.
