A free inter-terminal shuttle bus connects Terminal 3 to Terminal 2 every 45 minutes, taking 10-15 minutes per way, useful for connecting flights outside T3. The capsule area itself is quiet relative to the main terminal, but corridors echo footsteps and conversations - proximity to the front desk or loading bays may increase noise. Guests arriving late at night may find the entrance hard to spot due to minimal signage, so familiarising yourself with the gate locations (B14-B18) ahead of time is recommended.

Rooms are small - YAWN Cabins measure just 3 m2 - and designed for short rest, not extended stays. The FlexiSuite converts from a seat to a flat bed via adjustable back and footrests with a fixed ottoman, but the transition leaves a gap around the hip area; some may find the padding thin and the surface hard. Bedding includes a large pillow, 100% cotton sheet, and fleece blanket, though the mattress/bed firmness is noticeably low on cushioning - travellers accustomed to softer beds may struggle to sleep. All capsules come with individually controlled air-conditioning, a reading light, power/USB sockets, a folding table that doubles as a desk, and overhead carry-on storage. Claustrophobic guests or those taller than 185 cm may find the YAWN Cabin restrictive. Noise insulation between the corridor and cabins is minimal - expect to hear people walking, talking, and cabin doors opening/closing throughout the night. The smoke alarm light inside the room can be bright; a sleep mask may help. Lockers are available for additional luggage security.
