The open-plan studio is designed for 4 persons but is best suited for 1-2 adults due to its limited floor space. It includes a double bed and a double sofa bed placed close together, leaving minimal room for movement. The kitchenette features a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and cookware. The private bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries; note that the shower may leak water onto the bathroom floor if not careful. The unit also offers a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, heating, soundproofing, parquet floors, and an inner courtyard view.

The fully equipped kitchenette allows guests to prepare their own meals, with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. For those preferring to eat out, the surrounding Goya neighbourhood offers a wide selection of dining options within 300-500 metres, including Museo del Jamon Alcala, Restaurante Chino, Casa Peto, Joya Oriental, Tuk Tuk Asian Street Food Goya, and La Taberna Buiendi. A Mercadona supermarket is also nearby for groceries.

The studio does not offer a pool, spa, gym, or similar leisure amenities. However, its prime location in Goya places guests within walking distance of El Retiro Park for outdoor relaxation and the Movistar Arena for concerts and events. The Prado Museum and other cultural attractions are also easily reachable.

The studio provides free Wi-Fi in all areas, a lift for building access, and a tour desk for local assistance. Check-in uses a key-code system; ensuring you have the correct code before arrival is essential.
