The unit comprises one bedroom, a combined living and dining area with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine, though the hob is extremely slow to heat. The bedroom has a double bed, and the sofa bed is small and uncomfortable for two adults. The bathroom is tight: the toilet is wedged between the shower screen and the sink, making it very cramped. The interior position means all windows face an internal light well, so the apartment receives no natural daylight and can feel dark even during the day. Two floor fans are provided, but there is no air conditioning. Sound insulation is poor - neighbouring apartment noise is audible, especially via the courtyard.

The kitchenette is equipped for simple meal preparation but its hob is very slow.
