Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 18 km away (about 30 minutes by train with one change). The neighborhood itself feels calm and suburban, with a Mercadona supermarket 3 minutes away and several traditional Spanish restaurants and pizzerias within a 5-minute walk. The area is well lit and considered safe at night.

Each apartment is air-conditioned and includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV, work desk, seating area, soundproof walls, and a tea and coffee maker. A shared hallway provides a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and De'Longhi capsule coffee machine. The apartments feel spacious, modern and well maintained-bathrooms are large, beds are comfortable and all interiors are described as spotless. The ground-floor layout opens directly onto a garden or the street, but soundproofing keeps rooms quiet. One double room sleeps up to 3 (with an extra bed), and single rooms are also available.

There is no restaurant or dedicated dining area on site, but the shared hallway provides a coffee machine with free capsules, a selection of teas, sugar and sweeteners, a toaster and a microwave. Some past guests have also noted that the host occasionally offers light snacks in the morning. For more substantial meals, the immediate neighborhood contains several traditional Spanish bars and pizzerias within 1 minute's walk, and a Mercadona supermarket 3 minutes' walk away for self-catering supplies.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and free of charge. A guest laundry room with coin-operated washing machines is located in the corridor. Luggage storage can be arranged before check-in or after check-out-useful for travelers with early arrival or late departure. An iron and corkscrew are available on request.
