The location on a quiet street is ideal for exploring Milan on foot. Duomo is 20 minutes away by foot or three stops on the metro. The Porta Venezia metro station (M1) is 250 m away, three stops from Milan Central Station and connects to Malpensa Airport via Cadorna Station. Corso Buenos Aires, a major shopping street, is a two-minute walk. A tram stop line 9 is metres away, offering direct access to the central station.

Rooms vary: single to quadruple configurations. Some rooms have a balcony, others a quiet street view. Soundproofed windows are present but soundproofing between rooms is limited - noise from corridors and adjacent rooms can be an issue, especially overnight. The private bathrooms feature a shower, bidet and hairdryer. Some rooms in the main building have wood floors and marble bathrooms. Rooms in the annex buildings may be very small with minimal storage. For more space, consider the studio or quadruple room.
